foundation releveling and repair process

The existing foundation is excavated to allow placement of foundation brackets

Foundation brackets are attached to the foundation and grouted at the seat to provide even load distribution.

Helical Piers are installed through the bracket flanges.

Piers are screwed downward until the pier reaches refusal and will not penetrate any further.

Lifting equipment is set up to apply pressure to the piers and brackets

House is either stabilized to prevent further settlement or lifted to re-level and repair cracks.
